The US Department of Labor (DOL) issues the labor surplus area list on a fiscal year basis. The FY 2012 Labor Surplus Area classifications will be in effect from October 1, 2011 through September 30, 2012.  Randolph County and the following neighboring counties have received the Labor Surplus designation for FY 2012:
